Originating in the Matanuska Valley area of Alaska, Alaskan Thunder Fuck (also known as ATF, Matanuska Thunder Fuck or Matanuska Tundra) is a sativa marijuana strain.
According to legend, it was originally a Northern California sativa crossed with a Russian ruderalis, but somewhere in the late 1970s it was bred with Afghani strains for greater vigor.
The buds of the Alaskan Thunder Fuck are usually huge, beautifully frosted, and have a strong scent of pine, lemon, menthol, and skunk. It is also known for its calming yet potent high, as well as appetite stimulation and a gradual onset.
